Black magic is one of the worst forms of illnesses that has destroyed many lives. practicing Islam and reading is the Muslim’s best protection against black magic. Surat Al-Baqarah have the power of driving away evil spirits
There are two types of treatment (ruqya) for black magic:-
Ruqya prescribed by shariya’
Ruqya not allowed in shariya’
Surat Al-Baqarah has great virtues as it was reported from our prophet Muhammad, it is the only Surah in the Quran that was revealed to get rid of black magic.
Moreover,Surah Baqarah also contains the famous Ayat al Kursi which the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) dubbed as the greatest ayat of the Quran Sahih Muslim, The Prophet (ﷺ) said that whoever recites Ayat al Kursi will have a halo of protection around them.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported, ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Satan runs away from the house in which Surah Baqarah is recited.’ Sahih Muslim:
In the name of Allāh I exercise you from everything and safeguard you from every evil that may harm you and from the eye of a jealous one. Allāh would cure you and I invoke the name of Allāh for you. – Muslim
Also, Surat Al-Baqarah contains the verse of the Kursi, which was narrated by Abu Hurairah – may God be pleased with him – on the authority of the Messenger of God – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – that he said: “When you go to your bed, recite Ayat-al-Kursi, for then there will be a guard from Allah who will protect you all night long, and Satan will not be able to come near you till dawn”.
Reciting Surah Al-Baqarah Has Many Rewards and Benefits, We should make the recitation of Surat Al-Baqarah a habit in our day, especially before going to bed to rid your house of the devil and evil is a good way to protect you and your family from harm.
